Returns Policy

Before returning, please send an email to hello@techandbids.co.za (with your order # in the subject line) explaining the issue and providing images if possible.
One of our dedicated staff members will contact you to explain our process as well as assist you with your return.
We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Our Returns Policy is as Follows:

All returns must take place within 7 DAYS from receipt date or will be subjected to handling charges. No returns after 30 DAYS.
Goods returned may be subjected to handling charges (15% – 30%).
All return items must be in its original condition, no damaged packaging or oil stained or painted/sprayed items. They will NOT be accepted for return.
Tech and Bids will not accept any items for return that have been modified or tampered with.
WE WISH TO MAKE CLEAR TO POTENTIAL BUYERS THAT ALL ITEMS, NEW AND USED, ARE SOLD AS/IS. We do our best to describe each item accurately, whilst pointing out any known flaws. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly examine all the evidence either in person or through digital media.
All items carry a 30 guarantee from the DOP. The guarantee does not guard against; batteries,damage caused by the user's negligence (i.e., physical damage), power surges, lightning or liquid spills.

It is essential that components, parts, equipment or related items are fitted/ installed by a qualified technician to perform the proper fitment/ installation, proof of compliance being the customers responsibility prior to any claim under the warranty being entertained.
